This role is all about keeping our home care team moving smoothly – carefully planning rotas and visits, reducing unnecessary travel and making sure our carers are in the right place at the right time.

Essential requirements to apply:
Level 3 Health & Social Care or currently working towards it
Strong organisation and planning skills
A real head for logistics and problem-solving
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Right to work in the UK
