Job Title Home Administrator
Reporting to Registered Manager
Job Purpose To provide an effective and professional administrative service within the Home.
- To ensure that head office requirements are met.
- To assist the home in maintaining and increasing occupancy with comprehensive enquiry taking.
- The role is a team role, but with clear responsibility for the administration and organisation of the home and office. Clear communication with other team members is essential.
Skills, knowledge & qualifications IT literate
- Warm and friendly disposition
- Good communication skills, able to put others at ease
- A strong team worker
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and efficient
- Use own initiative
- Knowledge of accounts and book keeping preferred
Pay: £14.15 per hour
