We are looking for a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to deliver a service to patients across critical care, cardiology, cardio-thoracic surgery, transplant, and respiratory medicine. We welcome applications from current Band 6's and experienced Band 5's with a passion for transplant and cardiac surgery, with experience in acute care across multiple specialities, who are motivated to learn and progress.

- Promoting person-centred, evidence-based care within a complex cardiothoracic setting.
- Case management and co-ordination across multidisciplinary teams.
