The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our expanding Account Management Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth, direct engagement with senior healthcare leaders, and a chance to contribute significantly to our exciting mission.
What you will do:

Supporting strategic hospital partnerships to ensure long-term customer success.
- Helping drive growth through demonstrating the value and breadth of Hexarad’s market leading solutions, in demos, client calls and on-site visits.
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Learning the ins and outs of how a successful healthtech
operates.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of impactful reviews and strategic meetings to showcase
Hexarad’s value.
- Developing strategic account plans, providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Going on customer site visits across the UK and Ireland at least once a month.
- Building trusted relationships across customer organisations.
What you will bring:

Ideally, junior doctors looking to transition into a commercial and strategic role within healthcare with at least 2 years working in the NHS.
- A motivated self-starter eager to develop strategic, operational and commercial skills within a supportive team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in account management or healthcare would be beneficial but is not essential—we value attitude and aptitude equally!
