Providing a full cleaning service (planned, reactive and specialist) within the whole secure facility as well as offering out of hour’s availability for reactive service and providing cover for holidays and sickness at other sites and own (including weekends, Public Holidays).
Undertake monthly internal and external window and window frame clean.
Undertake grounds and gardens maintenance, including planting, grass cutting, weeding etc.
Collect all waste and deposit at specified points within the facility boundary.
Maintain stock levels of consumables and equipment provided throughout the building e.g. toilet/copier paper and detainee consumables.
Train others in core caretaking duties/responsibilities and give direction to other members of staff when required.
What we’re looking for:
You will have previous experience in a maintenance/cleaning role.
Previous experience working within a secure facility.
Basic ICT, electrical and mechanical skills.
Hold a current clean driving licence.
Flexible regarding working hours
All applicants will go through police vetting which requires you to have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
