Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Leadership:
Oversee daily customer service activities and support team members with enquiries, follow ups, and issue resolution.
Team Coordination:
Help assign tasks, monitor workloads, support training, and provide guidance to customer service staff.
Client Communication:
Respond to customer concerns professionally and make sure clients receive accurate updates in a timely manner.
Service Quality:
Monitor service standards, review common issues, and recommend improvements to customer handling processes.
Complaint Resolution:
Handle escalated customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and a practical approach.
Reporting:
Prepare basic reports on enquiries, complaints, response times, and customer service performance.
Internal Coordination:
Work with operations, administration, logistics, and management teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, client support, call centre operations, office management, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
Leadership:
You can guide a small team, support staff development, and help maintain a positive working environment.
Communication:
You are confident speaking with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and managers in a clear and professional way.
Organisation:
You can manage multiple enquiries, track follow ups, and keep records accurate.
Problem Solving:

Pay: £2,600.00-£3,300.00 per month
