The Role
We're looking for experienced Airbnb Cleaners to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organised, and understands the fast-paced nature of short-term rental cleaning.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Airbnb or serviced accommodation cleaning experience (essential)
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Able to travel to properties across Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, Leicester and Leamington Spa
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using cleaning checklists and reporting maintenance issues
### What We Offer
- £15-£18 per hour (depending on experience)
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Minimum 5-hour contract
- Typical working hours 9:30am – 4:00pm
- Up to two weeks of paid shadowing and training
