Join our team as an Events Coordinator and help plan and deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests across a wide range of functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage event enquiries and convert leads into bookings

Liaise with clients to understand and confirm event requirements

Coordinate event details with internal departments (kitchen, AV, operations)

Prepare accurate function sheets and distribute in a timely manner

Support clients throughout the planning process with professionalism and care

Conduct venue show rounds and upsell services where possible

Ensure smooth event delivery and handle client feedback on the day

Maintain booking systems and records of events and client preferences

Assist with post-event follow-up and invoicing
