The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will help deliver engaging lessons, encourage pupil participation, and provide additional support to children who need it most.
Responsibilities include:
Early Years (EYFS)

Supporting children through play-based learning.
- Assisting with phonics, early reading, writing, and numeracy.
- Encouraging children’s communication and social development.
Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2

Supporting pupils in English, Maths, and foundation subjects.
- Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Helping pupils develop confidence and independence within the classroom.
Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Providing additional support for children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and other additional learning needs.
- Building positive relationships with pupils.
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
