We are looking for compassionate and reliable Weekend Community Carers to join our growing team.
As a community carer, you will travel between clients’ homes, providing essential support that makes a real difference to people’s daily lives.
- Supporting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with medication
- Preparing meals and helping with nutrition
- Light housekeeping and domestic tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication skills
- Previous care experience is helpful but not required (full training provided)
- Competitive hourly rate (£12.75 – £13.00 per hour depending on experience)
