We are looking for someone to assist a 40-something young man (who happens to have a physical disability) in his daily living, running a motivational speaking business, world first challenges, exciting voluntary work & independence, wonderful family and social activities.
Personal care will be required; no experience needed all training provided.
You will be someone who can demonstrate excellent social skills, has a practical, hands-on approach to life, has a full driving licence and most importantly possesses a good sense of humour & a can-do attitude!
This is a varied, rewarding role supporting daily life, independence, personal care, social activities, travel, work projects and family routines.
About the Role
You will provide practical, respectful support with everyday tasks, personal care, getting out and about, travel, voluntary work and a motivational speaking business. The role is hands-on, varied and ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others live independently.

Available Positions
Full-time live-in Personal Assistant
- One week in every four, living at the client’s home
- One week on, three weeks off
- 24-hour live-in support during the assigned week
- Sunday midday to Sunday midday
Morning Support Personal Assistant
- 20 hours per week
- 7.30am to 11.30am, Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility with timings
- Oldham/Rochdale area
