A bit about us:
Camfaud Group is the largest concrete pump hire company in the UK. Camfaud Group employs over 300 staff across various depots across the UK and due to our continued expansion, we are actively seeking Hiredesk Administrator to join our team.
The role
Premier Concrete Pumps hire static plant across the UK. This role is to provide efficient coordination of equipment hire activities, ensuring customers receive a high standard of service delivery while maximising equipment utilisation and supporting operational performance
Job Responsibilities:
Your role would predominantly be supporting the Hiredesk coordinator with the below duties:
· Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
· Provide quotations for equipment hire and associated services.
· Process hire orders, exchanges, and off-hires.
· Book 3rd party logistic when required
· Maintain regular communication with customers regarding deliveries, collections, and availability.
· Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
· Schedule and allocate equipment in line with customer requirements.
· Monitor equipment availability and utilisation.
· Liaise with transport, workshop, and depot teams to ensure equipment is ready for hire.
· Coordinate deliveries and collections
· Raise hire contracts and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
· Update and maintain records within the hire management system and excel.
· Process purchase orders and supporting documentation where required.
· Maintain filing systems and customer records.
· Assist with equipment planning and fleet utilisation.
· Support stock and asset control processes.
· Monitor breakdowns, equipment exchanges, and service requirements.
· Follow company H&S procedures.
· Support with audits and compliance.
· Support with month end review and documentation.
· Work closely with the National Sales Manager and General Manager, ensuring smooth operations of the overall Hiredesk

Essential Skills
· Solid background in customer delivery
· Strong organisational and planning skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good IT skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
· Confident, friendly, and professional when dealing with customers and members of the team.
· Able to work well under pressure and prioritising tasks.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience within plant hire, construction, transport, or equipment rental.
- Knowledge of hire management software such as Syrinx.
- Understanding of plant and equipment operations.
Hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with a lunch break of one hour.
