Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Deep Clean team of 1 to 2 people to join our team to work overnight. Flexibility is required but typical hours would be 22:00 to 06:00.The ideal candidates will be responsible for thoroughly deep cleaning an assigned portfolio of high street premises for a high profile client of ours, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in janitorial services or commercial cleaning to utilise their skills in a professional environment. The position is mobile and requires a full driving licence and is suitable for those who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services. A 2026 registration company van will be provided for you.
Duties
- Perform deep cleaning of high street premises, including kitchens, toilets, back of house areas and customer areas.
- Utilise specialised cleaning equipment including a scrubber machine, window cleaning equipment and products to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are cleaned to a high standard
- Handle specialised tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or window washing as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the shift
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure safe working conditions
- Respond promptly to specific client requests, or areas requiring extra attention
- Flexibility to divert to other stores for emergency response if required.
- Assist with general janitorial duties as needed, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks where required - full training will be given
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial work, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised approach to workload management and time efficiency
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift equipment or materials when required
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
