Job Summary
Ludlow Kitchen is located at the Ludlow Farmshop site. Open between 8am-4pm, we serve breakfast and lunch every day.
We are looking for full time / part time Chefs/Cooks to support our Head Chef and team at Ludlow Kitchen.
The cafe is at it's busiest between 12pm and 2.30pm, therefore the ability to remain calm when under pressure is needed. No evening work is required apart from occasional functions.
Duties will include all aspects of kitchen service, preparation, cooking of dishes and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. We have a seasonal menu, which draws many of the ingredients from our farm shop.
The ideal candidate will have experience of a busy kitchen environment.
Shifts fall between 7am and 4pm. As weekend days are our busiest times, weekend availability is essential for this role
