Job Summary:
Nuovo Centro Casalinghi UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, oversee logistics and procurement activities, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, transportation, warehousing, supplier performance, and distribution strategies to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, procurement, and distribution operations
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and service performance
- Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, warehousing, transportation, and supplier management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable UK regulations
- Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and logistics performance reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and logistics teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, transportation, warehousing, and supplier relationship management
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain planning software, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS/ASCM (CPIM or CSCP), or equivalent are an advantage

Pay: £72,000.00-£98,000.00 per year
