Job Overview
We are a family owned pub group and are currently recruiting a Bar Staff / Supervisors for Brendan The Navigator pub in Highgate, London.
A wet led venue with Irish history, a community feel and live entertainment, we are looking for a strong bar team to support the General Manager.
Duties
- Take in all stock deliveries from drink suppliers (mornings)
- Be responsible for closing & locking up the venue mid-week and late night on weekends (fri & sat).
- Assist in the cleaning and preparing the pub for opening.
- Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and all management standards.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Support the General Manager as requested
- Experience
- Previous pub / bar experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong time management skills
- A friendly demeanour with good communication skills, allowing you to connect with our community of customers
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.
Pay varies dependant on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
