Mill Lane Childcare Garndiffaith is looking for a passionate, nurturing and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.

As occupancy increases, there will be exciting development opportunities available within the setting, including the potential for Room Leader responsibilities for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term and become an important part of the future of Mill Lane Childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care and education for children aged 9 months to 4 years
- Plan and support engaging play and learning experiences in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children’s daily routines including meals, sleep, toileting and outdoor play
- Observe children’s development and contribute to learning journeys and assessments
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene throughout the nursery
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and passionate team
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding
- Warm, caring and reliable nature
- Passion for outdoor learning and child-led play
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the role
