We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include waiting on tables, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Expected hours will be around 20-30 per week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during service periods.
- Provide support in catering events as required, ensuring all guest needs are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist bartending staff when necessary, including preparing drinks and maintaining the bar area.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills
