Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Wealth Manager to join our financial services team. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and analysis documents related to client portfolios and financial strategies.
- Support the team with analysing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
- Contribute to the development of personalised financial plans by gathering relevant client information.
- Maintain organised records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email or phone to schedule appointments or provide updates on their financial plans.
- Business Development of professional relationships and new potential private clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Help organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required for team discussions or client reviews.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and report writing to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience or exposure to financial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately for report writing and analysis purposes.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in financial planning, wealth management, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Sales experience or a desire to deal with people is important to excel within this role.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
