Job Details
Salary: West Sussex NJC Grade 3, point 3 £25,614 FTE (Actual salary £13,193)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 7.20am-9.00am & 3.10pm-6.10pm (4.5 hours per day; 22.5 hours per week)
Location: Worthing

What You Need to Succeed
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as part of our newly launching Extended Schools provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing a high-quality before and after school club, supporting our pupils at the start and end of their day in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
The successful candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to creating a warm, inclusive and stimulating setting where pupils can relax, play, socialise and thrive. You will plan and deliver a range of creative activities, promote positive behaviour and wellbeing, and ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care are maintained at all times.
As part of a new provision, this role offers the opportunity to help shape and develop the club, contributing fresh ideas and helping to build a provision that reflects our school values: Together in faith we love, grow and learn.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and a strong team player, with a genuine commitment to supporting children and families within our school community.
