Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Oversee food presentation and ensure adherence to culinary standards.
- Assist in training new staff members in food preparation, serving procedures, and hospitality protocols.
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries efficiently.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods with basic food preparation or serving tasks as needed.
- Enforce food safety standards across all front-of-house operations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with management on menu updates, special events, and promotional activities.
Skills
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
