ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be part of a friendly, professional team delivering exceptional service from morning coffee through to evening cocktails and live music.
Your role will include:
- Preparing speciality coffees, cocktails, wines and beers
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards
- Supporting food service during busy periods
- Using our EPOS system confidently
- Assisting with stock replenishment and bar preparation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who:

✓ Is reliable, organised and well presented
✓ Stays calm under pressure
Previous bar or coffee experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.
Friday & Saturday evening availability is essential.
