Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a reliable and qualified FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a leading manufacturing company based in the BS34 area, between Stoke Gifford and Winterbourne.
This is a temporary position with an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Role Details
The first week will consist of training on the day shift, working 8:00am–4:00pm.
Following completion of the training period, you will work 36 hours per week on a rota covering early, day and night shifts.
Location
BS34 – between Stoke Gifford and Winterbourne
Due to the site location and shift pattern, a driving licence and access to your own transport are preferred.

- Hourly rate: £14.29 per hour
- Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
- Moving and managing waste materials around the site
- Supporting manufacturing teams with general yard and waste duties
- Ensuring materials are stored and moved correctly
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
- Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
- Ability to work early, day and night shifts
- Ability to commute reliably to the BS34 area
- Driving licence and own transport preferred due to the location and shift pattern
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or waste environment is desirable
- A reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
