We're looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a growing social housing contractor delivering high-quality void property refurbishments.
You'll be responsible for managing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring properties are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard while keeping tenants and clients happy.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising day-to-day void refurbishment works.
- Managing operatives and subcontractors across multiple properties.
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring H&S compliance.
- Ordering materials and coordinating programmes of work.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience supervising social housing voids.
- Strong knowledge of multi-trade refurbishment works.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
