Cleaning Operative – Breasclete, Isle of Lewis
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm (some flexibility available to accommodate public transport where possible)
Pay: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage) plus 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay (£15.07 per hour total)
CleanSquad is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team, working at one of our key client sites in Breasclete.
This is a permanent part-time position offering a consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning to a high standard.
- Ensure all areas are clean, tidy and well presented.
- Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Work independently while also being part of the wider CleanSquad team.
What we're looking for
- A reliable and dependable individual with a good work ethic.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
