Summary
We are looking to cover our Teignmouth evening rounds Monday - Sunday. Any evening available. Full time or Part time. This work covers only Teignmouth in the evenings. You will not be asked to work elsewhere.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home care services to clients, assisting with daily activities and health needs.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
- Follow individualized care plans and document observations accurately.
- Assist with medication administration and health monitoring.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote dignity, respect, and emotional well-being of clients.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Desirable but not necessary Diploma in health and social or Care certificate. We will provide all training needed.
