Delivering advanced technical support and guidance across cloud and managed service platforms
Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them resolve complex challenges efficiently
Troubleshooting escalated issues and identifying root causes with a structured, analytical approach
Driving continuous improvement by identifying trends, recommending solutions, and enhancing processes
Collaborating with internal teams to share knowledge, improve service delivery, and elevate the customer experience
Supporting adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to improve outcomes for partners

Our Bristol Office
Our Bristol office is a vibrant, collaborative space designed to bring people together. With modern facilities and a focus on teamwork, it’s the perfect environment to connect, share ideas, and innovate. For this role, you’ll be based on a hybrid model, spending at least three days per week on site to maximise collaboration and engagement.

Background Checks
