Job Summary
MaCareUK Ltd is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Registered Manager to take on legal and operational responsibility for the leadership, management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance of our Ofsted-registered children's home.
The Registered Manager will ensure the home operates in full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Quality Standards, and all relevant statutory guidance. You will provide strategic leadership, drive safeguarding excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for shaping the home's ethos, culture, and therapeutic environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care that places the needs and wellbeing of our children and young people at the heart of everything we do.
We are a growing organisation and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not just looking for a role, but a long-term career. As MaCareUK Ltd expands, we are looking for a driven individual who has the ambition and capability to grow with us — with a clear pathway to progress into a Dual Registered Manager role, overseeing multiple homes and playing a key part in shaping the future of our organisation.
This role requires flexibility, including on-call duties and the ability to work outside of normal office hours when required. A company-issued phone and laptop will be provided.
If you are a passionate, forward-thinking professional who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people — and who wants to grow with a company that values ambition — we would love to hear from you.
