Award winning Richmond House Beauty have the opportunity for an experienced Front of House team member to join our location in Stockbridge. The role is part time and will include every other Saturday.
Crowned Professional Beauty Large Salon of the Year 2023, Richmond House Beauty recruit and train to the highest standards to ensure that all team members work to our award winning status.

The ideal candidate will:-
- be passionate and enthusiastic to provide excellent customer service
- ideally have experience working in a beauty or hair salon
- have knowledge/ interest in beauty treatments and products to be able to confidently discuss treatments and upsell products
- have at least 2 years experience working in customer facing role
- be experienced in working with an appointment based system
- have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- be highly organized to run a busy salon diary
- managing stock control and placing orders
- be confident to coordinate therapists and delegate tasks to staff members
- have professional presentation
- have excellent communication skills
- have sales experience plus experience of working to sales targets
- have willingness to attend customer service training and to progress in career
- have the ability to work in a team
Day to day duties will involve (but not be limited to):-
- Running reception (answering phone, responding to emails, booking appointments, taking payments)
- Managing a busy salon diary
- Supervising staff and ensuring compliance to salon protocol.
- Working with the Manager to oversee the overall smooth day to day running of the salon
- Ensuring excellence in customer service and experience
- Stock control and Ordering - ensure sufficient levels of stock are maintained. Ordering and unpacking stock
- Carrying out/Delegating to other staff members
- Say-to-Day salon duties (including prep or rooms, tidy down, preparing client drinks)
- Considering and implementing innovative ways of creating a memorable salon experience for clients
- Working closely with Manager/Supervisors to ensure smooth running of the salon
- Sales - attending training to gain knowledge in products sold. Assisting and selling products to clients. Considering new or trending products to take on for retail
