An exciting vacancy for a head chef at our beautiful thatched village pub. We are nestled in the village of West Stafford, 2 miles from Dorchester. The Wise Man Inn is a multifaceted business comprising restaurant & bar dining (55 covers), garden area (40 cover) with outdoor kitchen area, pizza oven and grill, oak covered al fresco dining area (30 covers).
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience as a senior chef
Creative and wildly passionate about every plate leaving the kitchen whether you are on or off shift
You have great leadership skills, developing and mentoring the team
Pay: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
