Job Overview
As a key member of our Dental laboratory's central hub, the Customer Technical Support (CTS) will play a vital part in the organization's operational and logistical functions. Your responsibilities will include a variety of daily tasks that assist the technical team, such as scheduling, managing bookings, ordering components, and resolving issues. This role also demands engagement with clients, as you will handle phone calls and greet patients visiting the lab for shade appointments. Providing outstanding customer service and being confident on the phone are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing lab work on a daily basis.
- Communicating and collaborating with team members both within the CTS and technical departments.
- Working in partnership with colleagues in the department.
- Engaging with clients and dental practices via telephone.
- Addressing and resolving problems as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Background or experience in the dental field.
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
