Property Litigation Solicitor - Remote
Overview:
My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their legal team on a remote basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to specialise in property dispute resolution, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of landlord and tenant disputes , commercial or residential at every stage of the process, negotiating favourable outcomes, and delivering exceptional client service
The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Duties:
- Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including lease disputes, possession proceedings, boundary disputes, and rights of way.
- Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients regarding their property disputes and potential resolutions.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, notices, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favourable outcomes whilst maintaining professionalism.
- Prepare cases for court proceedings, including gathering evidence, organising documentation, and liaising with counsel when necessary.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines.
- Stay updated on current legislation and case law relevant to property litigation to ensure advice remains accurate and effective.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a practising certificate recognised in the UK.
- Proven experience in property litigation or related areas of law.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous settlements for clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse client needs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting whilst maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.

Pay: £55,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
