American Pizza Slice is hiring!
APS is looking for a new Front of House Shift Leader, this role is around 30 hours per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading shifts and keeping the team motivated, organised, and on track.
- Welcoming customers with warmth and a friendly face, and handling any issues that come up.
- Serving up slices, handling transactions, and keeping things moving during busy periods.
- Opening and closing the store, including cashing up and end-of-day checks.
- Supporting with stock control, deliveries, and general day-to-day operations.
- Helping to train and support new starters, setting the standard for the team.
- Keeping the shop looking clean, organised, and inviting at all times.
- Working closely with management to help the shop run smoothly.
Who We're After:
- Someone with previous customer service or hospitality experience, ideally with a bit of supervisory experience too.
- A confident, reliable leader who's comfortable stepping up and making decisions during a shift.
- Confident handling money, cashing up, and basic numeracy.
- Applicants must be 18+ due to some closing shifts finishing at midnight.
Where you'll be working:
- The role will primarily based at our store on South Road (4pm-10pm shifts)
- At least 1 shift per week will be based in one of our Liverpool City Centre stores (Whitechapel/Bold Street)
