We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same—you’ll be working across a variety of sites, handling both reactive jobs and larger project-based work.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and taking ownership of jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend a range of sites daily to carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Work on both small reactive tasks and large-scale project work
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions across multiple trades
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
- Liaise with clients on-site, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate job records and reports
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines across multiple jobs
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge across multiple disciplines (e.g. electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or building maintenance)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different job environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential) - Company Vehicle to be supplied
