Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Local Coach Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers within the local area, ensuring a high standard of customer service and vehicle maintenance. Duties
- Safely operate passenger coaches along designated routes within the local area, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and answering questions in a courteous manner.
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules, route changes, or any incidents during transit.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including vehicle cleanliness and passenger safety protocols.Qualifications
- Valid <PERSON> driverClass D licence .
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or coach driver, demonstrating safe driving practices over time.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively. This role is ideal for individuals committed to safe driving standards, customer satisfaction, and maintaining well-kept vehicles while providing reliable local transportation services.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
