Head Waiter – FULL TIME, PERMANENT
£19 - £22p/h inc tronc

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or Chef de Rang in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting
- A warm, friendly approach and genuine passion for looking after guests
- Confidence running a section and supporting smooth, well-organised service
- Good food and drink knowledge, with the curiosity to keep learning
- Clear communication and a positive, supportive team attitude
- Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards
- Confidence supporting and guiding junior members of the team
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
