Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career within the care sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and supervise care staff
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development
- Conduct care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery
- Handle client and family queries professionally
- Participate in on-call duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in care settings(senior or supervisory level)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
