Part-Time Executive Assistant / Property Portfolio Administrator
Location: NW3, London (Home Office)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week, spread over 3–4 days
Rate: From £30 per hour (Freelance/Self-Employed)
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Property Portfolio Administrator to support a private office managing a substantial property portfolio and the day-to-day requirements of a High Net Worth Individual.
This is a varied, interesting and fast-paced role that combines traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities with administrative and project support across a diverse property portfolio. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support.
· Diary and schedule management.
· Email management and correspondence.
· Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, contractors, architects, accountants and other professional advisers.
· Administration relating to a residential property portfolio.
· Coordinating maintenance, repairs and property projects.
· Preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets.
· Research and problem-solving across a wide range of matters.
· General office administration and ensuring the smooth running of the private office.
· Providing support on ad hoc projects and business matters as required.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You should be comfortable switching between different types of work throughout the day and be equally at ease handling confidential personal matters and business-related projects.
You will have:
· Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
· A flexible, positive and “can-do” attitude.
· Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
· Absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
· Exceptional written and spoken English.
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), with confidence in learning new software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· A good educational background.
· The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
· Preferably based in North West London or within easy commuting distance of NW3.
Desirable
· Previous experience working with property, construction or property management.
· Experience supporting a High Net Worth Individual or within a private office or family office environment.
