Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service representative to join our team in the Liverpool Wholesale Market. This role is vital in fostering strong client relationships and driving sales growth by delivering outstanding service and support to our customers in person and via phone.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain B2B relationships with retail clients and floral businesses.
- Conduct reasearch to generate new leads and promote our products.
- Unpacking treating and conditioning flowers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Order picking with quality control to match orders to clients expectations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to better serve our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with IT, emails and spreadsheets
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment focused on quality service.
- Previous experience in the floral industry is advantageous but not essential.Call-To-Action
Hours
5am till 2pm Monday - Saturday working a 5 day week (1 day off in the week)

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
