We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established regional contractor on a housing project in Hirwaun.
The development is entering its final stages, and we are looking for a Site Manager who can take ownership of the finishing phase, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard and handed over efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the completion of plots through the final fixtures and fittings stage
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Driving quality standards and snagging activities
- Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
- Liaising with customers, contractors and the wider project team
- Supporting smooth plot handovers and achieving programme targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing residential housing developments
- Strong finishing and snagging experience
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to start immediately
