THE OPPORTUNITY
A new premium aesthetics clinic in Kentish Town, North London, is appointing its founding Clinical Director ahead of launch, with plans to expand the site into a multi-room clinic suite. This role is for a senior clinician who wants ownership, authority and a stake in what they build, not another room to rent.
You will be the clinical foundation of the practice: the lead prescriber, the standard-setter and the name our clinical reputation is built on. You will help shape the clinic while it is still being fitted out, from treatment menu and equipment selection through to protocols and patient pathways.
THE PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE
There is no salary. In its place, a three-tier founding structure:
1. From day one: the Clinical Director title, full ownership of clinical governance and treatment protocols, an enhanced revenue share on your own treatments, and prescriber fees for treatments you prescribe across the wider practitioner team.
2. As the clinic grows: a share of clinic profits, so building the whole practice rewards you beyond your own patient list.
3. Earned over time: a structured pathway to co-ownership, vesting against delivery and commitment over two to three years.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS — DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT ALL OF THESE
- Current registration with a licence to practise as ONE of the following: GMC-registered doctor, or NMC / GDC / GPhC registrant holding an independent prescriber annotation
- Legal ability to prescribe prescription-only medicines and conduct face-to-face prescribing consultations
- Minimum 3 years hands-on aesthetic medicine experience, with injectables (anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers) as core practice
- Own professional indemnity insurance covering aesthetic practice and prescribing
- Experience of, or demonstrable capability to own, clinical governance, protocols and complication management
- Minimum two committed days per week
- The drive to build a clinic, not just work in one
DESIRABLE
- Laser and energy-based device experience
- Dermatology or skin-health background
- Experience supervising or mentoring other practitioners
- An existing patient following
