We are currently looking for a Bar Staff Member/Shift Supervisor to join the team.
The Role
This position is hands-on behind the bar, delivering great service while also helping oversee shifts and support the wider team.
Bar Responsibilities
- Serving customers efficiently and delivering excellent service
- Preparing and serving draught beer, spirits, cocktails and other drinks
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Managing busy service periods confidently
- Checking IDs and ensuring Challenge 25 procedures are followed
- Restocking fridges and managing bar stock levels
- Keeping bar areas clean, tidy and service-ready at all times
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supporting the team during busy service
- Acting as a key holder when required
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cashing up tills and completing end-of-night procedures
- Handling customer issues professionally
- Ensuring standards of service and cleanliness are maintained
- Supporting management with day-to-day operational tasks
You Must Have
- Previous bar or hospitality experience
- Confidence working behind a busy bar
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Right to work in the UK
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Work Location: In person
