We are looking for skilled or ambitious bartenders to join our fast-paced team in one of the busiest spots in Bowness.

The Role
At the Garden Bar, speed and quality go hand-in-hand. We need bartenders who can handle a crowd while keeping the standards high.
- Bar Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and spirits, ensuring every serve is "stage-ready."
- High-Volume Service: Efficiently manage orders during peak terrace times and seasonal events without losing your cool.
- Guest Engagement: Welcoming guests with genuine energy and providing confident recommendations from our menu.
- Operational Standards: Maintain a clean, organised bar station and strictly follow opening/closing checklists.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the floor team to ensure a seamless and fast guest journey.
Who We’re Looking For
- Local/Commutable: As this is a live-out role, you must be based locally or have your own transport to Bowness.
- Bar Experience: Ideally, you have experience in a fast-paced bar environment, but for the right attitude, we will train you.
- Reliable: Punctual, flexible, and comfortable working weekends and nights.
- Communicators: Exceptional personal presentation and a friendly, professional manner.
- Ambitious: A drive to master your craft and progress within a high-performing hospitality group.
