The Opportunity
Be the backbone of a high-performance kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your role is essential in maintaining the rhythm and flow of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Porter
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Support chefs by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools and workspaces
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as required
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with procedures
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen
