Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and coordinate technical service requests to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Support short-term NPD projects and customer requirements, maintaining strong quality and approval standards
- Ensure laboratory testing is completed safely, accurately and in line with agreed standards
- Coordinate trials on Tullis Russell production and customer sites as required
- Work closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager, technical teams and wider stakeholders to align priorities and resources
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all health, safety, training and compliance requirements are met
About You
- Solid experience in laboratory testing, R&D, QC or technical services
- Confident prioritising multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Clear communicator, able to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams
Desirable:
- Degree or relevant qualification in Chemistry or Material Science
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar lab-based or technical role
- Knowledge of statistics, data analysis or design of experiments
- Project management experience or qualification
