We’re looking for someone exceptional to take on a critical leadership posts in our Trust. As Director of Performance, you’ll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and take the helm on driving operational performance across all areas of the organisation.
From cancer to diagnostics, urgent care to elective, you’ll be at the centre of the Trust’s delivery - ensuring we perform at our best, for the patients who rely on us most.
This is a high-profile, high-impact role where your leadership will be felt across the organisation. You’ll work closely with operational and clinical leaders, influencing decision-making at the very top and unlocking the insight, capability and action we need to deliver for patients.

To support the Chief Operating Officer in coordinating trust-wide delivery of all clinical and operational performance, working alongside the Divisional leadership teams to ensure that improvement plans are delivered to time and to budget.
To oversee the Trust’s performance framework, co-ordinating teams as needed to achieve required standards.
To provide leadership, motivating and supporting staff to deliver the objectives of the Trust and the best possible patient experience and care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
