We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team supporting clients in their own homes across Aldershot, Ash, and Farnham. No experience? No problem. Full paid mandatory training is provided from day one, along with ongoing mentor support. To minimise your travel time, we ensure your daily care rounds are kept within a 15-mile radius of our Aldershot branch.
About The Role

Premium Rates: Enhanced rates up to £15.50 per hour for evening availability (7pm to 11pm Monday to Friday) and all weekend hours.

Mileage Allowance: Industry-leading 55p per mile (up to 10,000 miles per annum).

Fully Funded Training: Paid induction, paid mandatory training, and fully funded Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications available.

The Role
You will support local clients in their own homes with:

What We Are Looking For
