We are looking for highly driven passionate European Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales to grow our European business. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers promoting our products and services, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. We offer uncapped commission on top of a competitive salary in addition to a raising pay grade. (£30k base, £45k OTE 1st Year)

- Results-driven
- Fluent in French, Italian, or German. We also welcome speakers of Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Business expertise with a problem-solving approach
- Highly organised and the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Forward planning
- Comfortable dealing with people of all levels and can adjust to all diverse types of personalities
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to solve customers issues
- Excellent team player and able to contribute to a positive team environment
- Previous experience in sales with an understanding of meeting performance metrics and delivering an excellent customer experience is essential

Key Role Objectives and Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Meet individual sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis
- Research new prospects to build, maintain and grow an individual client base to generate a consistent pipeline of inquiries
- Daily contact with regular accounts and building key customer relationships
- Identifying the customers needs by effectively questioning their requirements in order to match these with products and services available
- Social media activity to generate incoming interest
- Daily management of your own CRM database
