The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates for permanent vacancies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing your own client portfolio
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Writing compelling job adverts and marketing campaigns
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience preferred, ideally within permanent recruitment
- Proven track record within sales, business development or account management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Commercial awareness and a consultative approach
- Desire to build a long-term career within a growing business
