Chair available for a competent self-employed barber to join our busy shop in Harrogate.
A strong work ethic is essential as well as a good level of experience working within a barbers.
An actively training or newly qualified barber with a passion to learn and desire to grow would also be considered.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, well presented, friendly and easy to talk to, whilst also showing genuine passion in the work they undertake and an ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
As a traditional barbers the applicant must be able to work with a wide range of customers, from older clients to young children.
Varied experience and confidence in both shorter cuts including skin fades to longer styles and full scissor work is also required.
In return you will be provided with a great working environment and an easy going and friendly shop team and clientele.
A barber with a current customer base would be advantageous for the role although this is not essential. The shop is very busy and we are confident that a barber with the right attitude and skill level will build a returning client base very quickly, due to the fantastic reputation of the shop.
